EVERWILD is an app for finding wild things, naming them with a bit of help from AI, and adding them to a record that everyone using EVERWILD builds together. Use it and you're agreeing to what's below.
You need to be 18, or have a parent or guardian okay it. You'll confirm that when you sign up.
Get the shot without getting in the animal's way. No baiting, chasing, or feeding, and don't put yourself or the animal at risk for a photo. Stay off land you're not allowed on, and follow the wildlife rules where you are.
You own your photos. When you sign up, you choose what we can do with them: commercial and AI use, research, public display. We only act on the boxes you tick. That's what lets us run the app and, where you've said yes, license the data. We don't promise you a cut of that. Any money that reaches people comes through rewards and prizes, never a guaranteed share. Changed your mind? Hit "Delete my data" and it's gone.
Upload your own, real wildlife and nature photos. Nothing faked, nothing taken from someone else, nothing gross or harmful. We can remove or refuse anything, and we'll throttle or cut off accounts that abuse it.
The AI gets it wrong sometimes. Treat every ID as a best guess, not the final word. The app comes as-is, with no promises beyond what the law requires.
We may update these terms. If something important changes, we'll ask you to agree again.
